    we had an amazing time at the ritz-carlton! the al rimal pool villa was stunning, and we loved how close it was to the reception and activities. the atmosphere was incredible, all thanks to the attentive and helpful staff. they turned simple requests into delightful experiences. seeing animals right at our villa was a huge bonus, especially for the kids!

    A desert paradise

    We stayed in an Al Rimal Pool Villa for 1 night and it was amazing! The private pool overlooking the desert was unreal, and we saw gazelles right by us! The staff were super welcoming, especially Ankur at the front desk. The food at the restaurant was delish, though sometimes the service was a touch slow. Overall, just a perfect getaway.

    We had such a fun time with friends, especially visiting the Dubai Mall and enjoying the Aquarium. The villa was spacious, and we loved the warm waters at the Rain Walk! The deers by our pool made our stay even more special.

    However, the reception staff was quite strict about our guests visiting the villa, which was frustrating during our celebration. It really put a damper on the fun.
